thats correct, i havent really done that much research on the filter and stuff. no matter what, the oil will always drain to the bottom while sitting. the only thing i could see thats useful for a aftermarket filter is better filtering and flow (heh, thats what they are made for right?) ..it would be nice to see a comparison on the filters. i think gr? did something like this once, but not on filters. as for my car, yea, i have it back, but its going to courtesy tomorrow morning for alignment and tension rod replacement. that service shithead shop took it to three different places and none could do i right. not to mention they did not hook up the fog lights after they put on the new front bumper, and they messed up the splash guard causing stalling at speed.. :)
oh well...frustrating, but fixable
